This is our new sturdy food mill (ricer). Made out of high quality 18/8 stainless steel, 8 inch diameter, and made in Italy. This mill is tough it is made to last. This food mill holds 1 liter, with three blades, fine, medium and coarse, these are easily interchangeable for simple food processing. The larger one is the same but holds more.
